About the person behind Mature Life Moves, LLC

Mature Life Moves, LLC was created and developed by Lisa Basque, CNE, CRTS, SRES.  With a background in Marketing and Sales and as a Connecticut real estate agent licensed since 1989, Lisa is proud to have developed beneficial relationships with a wide range of home service professionals. Lisa, with ERA Property World in Milford, CT has previously been affiliated with Re/Max, Coldwell Banker, William Raveis Real Estate and her Family owned real estate Company, HomeTown Realty Associates; forced to close due to the death of her Mom-a Milford CT REALTOR for over 28 years. 

Lisa has worked as a Client Care Coordinator for a Home Care Company, working with Seniors and has worked to satisfy their needs on many levels, from getting them the proper walker, cane or wheel chair to obtaining them a suitable Live-In Aide. Lisa passionately cares for her Dad, with Alzheimers Disease and has first hand experience and knowledge of the stress placed on Family members, care givers and the need for a safe environment. Lisa understands the move process, having moved herself and her Family many times and also understands the needs of Seniors in the move process having moved her Dad from his home of over 40 years to a smaller community and managed his total move including the repairs needed, the staging, marketing and sale of his home.
After moving her Dad Lisa realized the need for someone to be available to not only help Seniors with thier moves, but to help those who are physically incapable of the added physical strain involved in preparing and making the move.  Lisa's accomplishments are obtained with compassion and diligence and she is known for developing quality working relationships with her clientele; relationships based on respect, intregity and trust.

AS a Certified Negotiation Expert-CNE®  Lisa can expertly negotiate on your behalf!  Lisa has the skills to effectively persuade and influence the other side.   Trained in professional negotiation skills by Negotiation Expertise, LLC, the leading negotiation training Company in North America.  Lisa knows how to use leading edge negotiation practices and techniques for your benefit creating less stress, better results and greater satisfaction for her clients!
