Continuing Care Communities allow the individual to age in place with flexible housing options as their living abilities change.
Assisted Living Communities are for those who need assistance with daily living.
While Nursing Homes are designed for very fraile people who can not care for themselves.

Some folks can not get into their desired choice of housing until their curent home is sold.  This is where I will be able to help you to keep moving forward in life by helping you move into the next phase of your life:

• Liason & advocate on your behalf to your desired "new" living Community to ensure your move is stress free and easy; to procure payment from your desired Senior Community for some or all of your Mature life Moves, LLC Move Management Services costs.

• Analysis of your current property to determine proper pricing in today's marketplace, staging of your current home to maximize sale price, Expert real estate marketing of your current home utilizing todays latest technology to bring Buyers or Tenants to your current home and ultimately a timely sale or Rental of your current property.

•  Manage and arrange property services that are needed for all aspects of your home sale including landscaping, contractors for small repairs, cleaning and much more.

• Develop an overall move or age-in-place plan for you with a a timetable and calander of events.

• Create a customized new space floor plan ensuring your lighting, furniture, art work and assessories create a beautiful new living space for you at your desired choice of housing.

• Interviewing, scheduling, overseeing of movers, arrange shipments & storage if needed.

• Provide organizing for the downsizing, sorting services, labeling services, , supervising of professional packers and movers.

• Unpacking and setting up at your new living community space by placing furniture to best utilize the smaller space.  Everything is unpacked, re-decorated wth your treasures that reflect who you are and what your love!  The old boxes and packing material are removed, your bed is made and your refrigerator/kitchen is stocked with a 1-2 day supply of your favorites.

Additional Services Available:
Donation pick up or drop off, personal shopping.
Research & critique options for next level of care.
Catagorize, inventory and photograph of hosehold items.
Coordinate:Appraisers and Auction Services, storage facilities, home repairs, cleaning services, dumpster rental and junk removal.

Concierge Services:
If your Mom, Dad or a Loved one are Seniors and you live in seperate parts of the Country or you are just concerned about their well being and your busy schedule dos'nt allow for you to do some of the things you would like, I can provide you with peace of mind by providing Concierge Services that will be provided as if I were providing them to my own parents; with Love, Commpassion and Respect.
